DSP College of Sacred Surgeons has selected four EDUCATIONAL & TRAINING PROGRAMS to meet the unmet need of educating laypersons, and training healthcare professionals enrolled at DSP College of Sacred Surgeons, to integrate Spiritually-Based Interventions for improved health and longevity. 


EDUCATIONAL & TRAINING TRACKS
1. Layperson Education in Spiritually-Based Practices (SBPs)
2. Chaplain Training (CPs) in Spiritually-Based Practices (SBPs) and Interventions (SBIs)
3. Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) in Spiritually-Based Practices (SBPs) and Interventions (SBIs)
4. Physician Members enrolled at DSP COSS in Advanced Spiritually-Based Practices (SBPs) and Interventions (SBIs)

These Educational Programs and Training Tracks are designed to educate laypersons in Spiritually-Based Practices (SBPs) and train healthcare professionals enrolled at DSP COSS in Advanced Spiritually-Based Interventions (SBIs). 


PHILANTHROPY, DIVERSITY & TRAINING: Sponsoring & Underwriting Educational and Training Programs
DSP College of Sacred Surgeons is uniquely qualified to meet the unmet need of providing Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Training Programs in Spiritually-Based Interventions (SBIs) and Practices (SBPs) developed at DSP College of Sacred Surgeons.

The Basic and Intermediate Training Programs are subsidized primarily through philanthropic support by enlightened donors, other 501(c) 3 organizations, foundations, partners, members, and the public, to make training opportunities accessible to a diverse demographic of students. Students who demonstrated aptitude and excellence at the Basic and Intermediate level, and who are invited to progress to the Advanced Training Fellowship, will receive a full-tuition scholarship. Funding for the Advanced Training Fellowship is made possible solely through support from enlightened donors.

COSTS TO SPONSOR (50%) a TRAINING TRACK in Development
To Sponsor(50%) the planning and curriculum development of a Training Track, 50% of the requisite training program budget needs to be in place. Costs to sponsor a training program begin at approximately $500K, depending on costs to sustain and retain faculty, produce training literature, develop curriculum, underwrite costs associated with facility overhead, insurance, legal, and staffing. Prior to commencing student selection for a Sponsored Training Program, 100% of the requisite training program cost per class needs to in place.

COSTS TO UNDERWRITE (100%) a TRAINING TRACK in Development
To Underwrite(100%) the planning, curriculum, application process, student selection, faculty engagement, facility overhead, insurance, legal, and staffing, etc. 100% of the requisitive training program cost needs to be in place. Costs to underwrite a training program begin at approximately $2M, depending on the class size.

PARTICIPATION in a TRAINING PROGRAM
The development of all Training Programs are made possible solely through philanthropic support provided by enlightened donors, foundations, other 501(c) 3 organizations, partners, members, and the public. Once a Training Program is underwritten, it will be listed on the website as eligible for student application. 
All students enrolled at DSP College of Sacred Surgeons must become members of the organization through an annual student membership fee ($30+/year).
